Mallory Surprenant

Mallory is our Director of Operations and has been with Jo Ann Thibault & Associates since early 2019.  After completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont she began working in the financial industry at various Vermont financial institutions.  During this time, she successfully completed a master’s in business administration from Champlain College. Prior to working at our firm, Mallory was the manager of a back-office operations department for a local Vermont credit union. Prior to that she held various positions, including training and customer service.

At Jo Ann Thibault & Associates, Mallory does a variety of tasks such as preparing marketing campaigns, client communication, organizing various aspects of events we host, file organization, vendor contact and anything else Jo Ann throws her way. If you haven’t heard from Mallory yet, you probably will at some point in the future.
